Patience is fundamental in allowing understanding to integrate at even deeper levels. Creating that space in the stillness, without noise and distraction of the outside world, allows for one’s own understanding to develop in the space of processing. And through the process and the learning that is self regulated in that space, one develops the capacity to be their own teacher. Through the insights raised, and how this relays back to self, what is learnt and of interest in that learning space, directs where the next thought follows. It creates the desire for where self chooses to develop next. What is desired to be learnt or taught in the quest for greater understanding⠀

Wolf medicine is about that regulation of learning which is self implied and generated. It’s the part of self which desires to direct its own consciousness and seek it’s own teachings. We become both the student and teacher of self through directed experience. Through the solo quest of engagement of learning. ⠀

Certain understandings can only be integrated through singular experience and travails. This comes from a place within where we desire to know the terrain first hand and not be dependent on the map or the guidance of others. We are desiring to understand how we can teach ourselves through experience and come to our own knowing.⠀

There may be a hidden part of self that requires the internal challenge as a way of being able to understand a reference to something, to be able to see it in others, and then be able to explain it. It becomes first hand material.⠀

⠀

The lone wolf is the totem that represents that kind of teaching. To break from the pack and forge it alone in order to seek one’s own lessons and understandings. To trust and harness one’s own instincts to survive. ⠀

Having a spirit of adventure is the will to recreate one’s experience in the moment and instill new responses to the environment around us. It is finding new life and creating new story for self. A trust that a new experience can be found and created if there’s enough of a desire to do so.⠀

⠀

Breaks in routines, stagnation and habits are essential from time to time. Elevating a sense of one’s connection to life, allows for new energies to come in, where they may at times be filtered out when a person isn’t open to trying something different. ⠀

⠀

“The Fool” card in the tarot, marks the beginning of a new journey and new adventure. It is the confidence and the expectation of the universe supporting this new adventure, that allows the fool to charismatically step off the cliff with his face towards the heavens. He doesn’t know what he’s getting himself into, but he’s back again to experience a new cycle of life, a new adventure and new possibilities that await. ⠀

My sessions with clients entail certain elements that I bring to the table and the work that I do. I’m really about listening to what’s behind the story, sensing where people are at within that story, and feeling how much resistance they have.⠀

⠀

From that I work out whether the resistance is in the mind, or the emotion. The conversation element, is always that opportunity for the client to put the pieces of themselves on the table. To describe the problem, and meet themselves at the point where they are stuck. The questions raised are to help them to connect with anything else they are ready to mentally acknowledge, but that’s not the be all and end all. I’m listening and waiting for that point where their mind can’t go any further. And that’s when the magic kicks in.⠀

⠀

Once the client gets on the table, I’m free to do my energy work. This is the aspect they don’t necessarily need to understand, because their mind is already engaged in process mode of what they just discussed. ⠀

⠀

I can only teach and share what I know and what I understand about the healing process. If you’ve had a session with me before, if you’re a practitioner wanting to fine tune your craft, I’m happy to share and teach the subtleties of my process, the way I am working with the energy in a session, how to move energy, extract it, etc. How to channel information, how to be open to healing directives in the moment. ⠀

So I’m opening my practice up to working with people one on one. We can use this session to look at your own personal issues, blocks etc, as well as fine tuning your process as a practitioner, and feeling into what you can access / develop. I can help you improve your confidence in what you’re doing, trust it more, channel with greater clarity, understand what your style of healing is, and a wealth of other things.
