duality

Debates, duality and going beyond conflict when there are differences in ideology

The interesting thing with debate and lively topical conversation is that whenever we talk in groups about the world there will almost invariably be differences in opinion and not everyone will see eye to eye no matter how homogeneous the group appears to be. Schools of thought have historically flourished on this principle of questioning understanding, and when the drive has been the progress and illumination of all minds as opposed to the domination and conquering of ideological resolution from the ego, great strives and advances in concept through the sharing of ideas have been made. The synergy of blended viewpoints work as catalysts from each individual to another to develop an expansion of understanding. Even “friendly competition” from the sparring of 2 like minded academics bouncing ideas off each other in the encouragement of each other’s improvement can be an example of debate being utilized in its highest progression. The ascension of consciousness for all involved.

images
Where the concept of debate has been altered or lowered is where the energy and intent, conscious or not, is focused primarily on the domination of one mind over another, or many.  The alternative being the shared injecting of ideas and opportunity for response and allowance of rebuke or questioning from another with respect to the individual. When there is denial or blocking of differences in thought, or the need to crush another’s ideology, it creates a resistance that no longer supports the discovery and the unlocking of potential understanding that could result from the intertwinement of 2 or more strands of consciousness. This in turn can create very base or dualistic forms of communication, where expression is no longer “held” but “defended”, as if an expression is almost expectant of a counter attack as opposed to a counter progression.

Our conditioning has formed this attack/defend mode of expression from a young age. The more we can respect and honor individuality the more we can return to this allowance of expression where we have the opportunity to really hear the message someone else is carrying, sometimes beyond the words they are using.

Timelines

Our collective understanding of how we proceed with our day to day routine is being challenged. What we are being shown is how to cultivate greater flexibility in often peak periods of, shall we call it, energetic and time line flux. This is affecting our need to control and maintain order. The growth is in allowing ourselves to remain grounded within sudden changes. The more we hold onto ideas of how things should manifest the more we feel thrown off course by changes in our plans. The trick is to program your intent based on the essence of what you wish to manifest, then allow yourself to flow between switching timelines and courses of action as they occur. It requires an emotional detachment to the “hows” and “whys” and more of a centredness within the change as it is occurring. We tantrum when we are inflexible in this understanding of the new way of manifesting.

There’s “the plan” and then there’s the spontaneity of occurrence which plays out day to day. Fear and overwhelm keeps us in resistance of this natural progression. Timeline switching and energy flux is becoming the norm in our day to day reality, which is why we feel so thrown by the apparent chaos. It is teaching us to trust our ability to manifest moment by moment by focusing our intent on the essence of what we feel we wish to create, as opposed to attachment on the form it arrives in. It is shaking up our linear and dualistic approach to creation. This opens us up to higher dimensional energy when we can “trust the flow”. We have to trust that we are getting what we asked for from a soul level, “the growth”, as opposed to the personality ego level, which in truth really doesn’t know itself. It knows its lack and limitation as opposed to its infinite-ness. The ego self goes into the fear that it can’t achieve everything it wants if events don’t align with the plan, which is usually perceived in a linear time line; one event neatly and swiftly lining up after another. We are being called to remain open to our ability to create simultaneously and to release our expectation of the way manifestation will unfold. It’s a completely different mindset to what we have traditionally been taught about creation. But the old ways are slower, limiting and stressful. They require more effort and challenge us when we are living in a time of total timeline flux, clearing and reintegration.

timelines

The way forward is to “pack light” energetically. Anything that keeps you too bogged down to be able to remain in your flexibility needs to be reassessed, whether it’s work, relationships or your physical location. We need to stay open to the possibilities that change brings, and not use our thoughts to continue programming and assessing what we project our outcomes to be based on previous expectation of what we thought was possible. As well as this, the more open we can remain the more we can hear our guidance, which gives us the best advice on our moment to moment course of action, this being based on what we’ve intended we’d like to occur if it’s in alignment with our higher self. A huuuuge part of this process is NOT JUDGING OURSELVES based on where we perceive ourselves to be in our current progression.

The grumpiness, the stress and fixation we see in the world is the attachment to the outcomes not playing out in a linear timeline of expectation. Road rage is such a clear example of this. The lack of patience caused by mistrust of not being able to manifest within the linear limitation of time and space, ie (“there’s only so many hours in the day”) and the added stress this places upon us to meet those expectations. It also connects to a cultural belief system based on fear of the lack of resources. Again all of this is linear and dual based thinking.

The new paradigm will be a complete revolution in our understanding of how to trust that our needs are being met, and that we can adapt easily to the quickening rate of change and evolution moment by moment through our openings, flexibility and centred reassurance that everything is in divine order.

Our resistance to this new way of manifesting also relates back to the lower chakras . Our need for control connects with feeling safe and trusting that we are grounded within surges of change (the root chakra), openness and flowing in our expression and the way that we create, allowing our worlds to overlap instead of burning up energy in the control of how our expression is received (the sacral chakra), feeling empowered within ourselves and knowing who we are regardless of what challenges are thrown our way (the solar plexus).

Interestingly enough, a lot of the kids coming up already get this stuff innately. They don’t have the prior conditioning in our linearity, so their understanding of creation and remaining open to different timelines is unfiltered. This also allows them greater access to source information. Hence the “indigos” or “crystal kids” will assimilate information and take action a lot faster than those who take more time to integrate these changes. This is not to discredit previous generations, as they have energetically been paving the way for this new generation to come in and create change, freed up from karmic limitations that have been passed down for generations.

What we are experiencing now is almost “do or die” in terms of being challenged to very quickly release that which no longer works and move forward. It is like rocket fuel. It’s initiating a totality of change. The release of lag-time or buffering between thought, intent, word and manifestation means that whatever doesn’t serve us and is lurking in the subconscious is manifest and felt / recognised now in way which can’t be avoided or ignored. There is no space or lag to avoid it. The instant manifestation of what we don’t want forces us to look at how we have been creating and what we need to rectify. The “survival” is learning how to ride these tidal waves of self initiated change as they arise. To breathe, integrate and keep going.

Being OK with not being “healed”

So much of the collective idea around healing is to shift out of or away from pain. You could liken this to pain being the “hurdles on a race track”. If I’ve just leapt over a hurdle and I’ve expended a degree of my energy to overcome it, I could be annoyed to find another hurdle ahead that I need to “gear up” towards and put the spring in my step to hurdle over it. And then I’d look ahead and find yet another hurdle on my path. If I allow this to frustrate me, then I’d be left asking the question, “when will I overcome all of these hurdles?” “When will there be no more hurdles to jump over?”

What if the idea wasn’t that we need to constantly exude all this energy racing to cross over these hurdles, and liken ourselves as athletes on a track, continually overcoming the pain of adversity that presents itself before us. What if the pain that we look upon as a “hurdle to overcome”, was actually the healer? If we took our focus off the emphasis of getting over the hurdle, just so we could run to the next hurdle, we’d get a sense that there is no rush, only the rush that we create for ourselves.

What if we allowed ourselves to sit with the pain a little bit longer? Before the idea of needing to transmute it/ shift it/ clear it/ integrate it/ right now/ all levels and dimensions/ past life present future/ divine feminine / masculine/ mother’s side/ father’s side/ lineage/ 10 generations back, etc, etc. What if we allowed ourselves to be ok in the knowledge that it wasn’t yet healed? Would it be ok that the pain was still here and still present in our lives? Would we be making ourselves “wrong” to still be experiencing it? Or processing it at a slower rate than we think we should be? Because for whatever reason we believed that pain or blockage was slowing us up from where we believe we should be right now? Or what we should have already achieved last week, last month, last year?

Are we dismissing our experience as we experience it? And does that become another way for us to not be fully present in our lives? Does life begin once we have overcome all the hurdles? Where is this reality of constant perfection, clear skies and no hurdles on the track?

Often the pain we are experiencing is a way of honoring and remembering our story. It’s the opportunity to fully reconnect with the things we suppressed, forgot or left out in the dark. If our pain is sourcing from those stories, why do we need to fast forward through them? Do we honor our lives by turning away from the memory of our struggle? If we remember our struggle, then can we then observe how far we’ve come? By the same token, how can the healing process begin if we are not allowing ourselves to fully re-member our story, and all those lost, misplaced and unprocessed sensations we felt while we were living those stories?

If the idea of healing or being healed means a state of grace, perfection, alignment with the “divine blueprint”, then surely we would have to be in a state of “allowing” ourselves to be in accordance with that grace. If the idea of not being healed yet is “not ok”, or if we are focused on the many issues we haven’t yet cleared on our list, and we are “not ok” with ourselves until we have cleared them, then does that make us “not ok” right now? And if our focus tells us that we are “not ok” right now, and healing is a state of grace and perfection, then how can we allow ourselves to be in alignment with it, if we are “not ok” right now? If we are “not ok”, then we are not healed. The two can’t exist at the same time in a dualistic dimension.

Healing is not a battle, not a competition, not something we can always measure tangibly when it comes to human emotion. It’s the accumulation of lifetimes of stories and reliving and reintegrating stories to get the fullness of our experience, individually tailored. It’s never just a formula to replicate and apply for everyone. And it’s not something we can “try” to do, because in that sense healing is an outcome of the process of easing ourselves back into our story, with love and honour for every painful recollection.
