Releasing markers of time

We use our perception of 3D reality as a marker and an anchor within time. The way we interact in the world, the work we undertake, our routines and stories, people, places and events, are all used by our consciousness as “pegs” or “markers” of time. What keeps us locked in 3D linear time is not the markers themselves, but our attachment to them. They keep us feeling safe within our contained perception of time.

We use the story lines and dramas and excitements and tragedies to keep us engaged in 3D dualistic linear time and dropping attachment to them means dropping the fear of existing outside of time. We’ve been programmed to be terrified of this. It’s as if we’re afraid we’ll “float away” without it.

Release the fear of existing beyond the timeline. People, events, places and stories. Again, it’s not those things that lock us into linear time, but the investment and attachment to those “markers” that keep us contained. This is not a value judgment either, as our consciousness will not allow us to perceive what we instinctively feel we can’t handle. But we seek understanding even when we don’t quite comprehend the questions that we are trying to ask.

Empaths are particularly good at keeping themselves locked into 3D reality by running the energy of the collective through their emotional/ etheric bodies and staying invested in the collective story by feeling it on such deep and profound levels. In a sense creating a choice to feel the wounds of humanity in their cells.

But at some point we’ve had enough of this. It’s energetically too much to carry, and so after observing and clearing our patterns that keep us locked into the collective, (ie the reasons why we take on collective energy as a personal experience), the last frontier becomes releasing the mindgate of time. Without an investment in the story, who would you be? And how would you sense the passage of time? What would keep you attached to 3D reality? Are you afraid of letting it go?

Enjoy the passage of time without the attachment to it. And if you’re not sure that you’re “doing it right”, assess when you are attached to an outcome within a perceived timeframe. You can aim for an outcome within a timeframe, but the attachment is what locks in 3D time.

When people are in fear of existing outside of time they try to control time, and also assert control of time on others. Industry has created the assertion of time on its employees as a means of control. When we are afraid of existing outside of this marking of time, we allow others to play the “jail warden” because they keep us in check. This being said, you can still choose to work a “9 to 5” and exist beyond the perception of time as a marker. However, you will probably be less inclined to participate as you’ll feel the desire to create in a way that doesn’t rouse a feeling of being “hemmed into time”. By dropping the compulsion to dive off the deep end, and believing that you can bridge your perception of different realities, change becomes easier and less traumatic to integrate.

time markers

Having fun and being creative takes us out of linear time. Music, art, anything where we can enjoy our expression or joyful activity will make time fly. That’s why people always say “do what you love and never work a day in your life”. It’s a reminder of our true self which is beyond time.

We can allow our physical body to interact in 3D reality, while our mental and emotional bodies can perceive and sense linear time, without fearing the detachment from it. A little exercise is to work with the following affirmations and observe what comes up for you. If you sense resistance or fear in your body, then you could possibly be holding belief systems that block you from releasing your attachment to time markers. Have a play with this process and keep it light. Allow yourself to explore how far you can take your expansion without the fear of losing yourself. Release the fear of becoming overwhelmed by this process as it is your birthright to be able to shift your consciousness and adapt.

  • “It is safe for me to release the perception of time”
  • “It is safe for me to release timelines”
  • “It is safe for me to exist outside of time”
  • “I release the attachment to time”
  • “I release the fear of losing my identity outside of time”
  • “I release the need to use people, places, events and stories as markers of time”
  • “I can perceive linear time without the attachment to linear time”
  • “I enjoy interaction in the world without attachment to it”

Timelines

Our collective understanding of how we proceed with our day to day routine is being challenged. What we are being shown is how to cultivate greater flexibility in often peak periods of, shall we call it, energetic and time line flux. This is affecting our need to control and maintain order. The growth is in allowing ourselves to remain grounded within sudden changes. The more we hold onto ideas of how things should manifest the more we feel thrown off course by changes in our plans. The trick is to program your intent based on the essence of what you wish to manifest, then allow yourself to flow between switching timelines and courses of action as they occur. It requires an emotional detachment to the “hows” and “whys” and more of a centredness within the change as it is occurring. We tantrum when we are inflexible in this understanding of the new way of manifesting.

There’s “the plan” and then there’s the spontaneity of occurrence which plays out day to day. Fear and overwhelm keeps us in resistance of this natural progression. Timeline switching and energy flux is becoming the norm in our day to day reality, which is why we feel so thrown by the apparent chaos. It is teaching us to trust our ability to manifest moment by moment by focusing our intent on the essence of what we feel we wish to create, as opposed to attachment on the form it arrives in. It is shaking up our linear and dualistic approach to creation. This opens us up to higher dimensional energy when we can “trust the flow”. We have to trust that we are getting what we asked for from a soul level, “the growth”, as opposed to the personality ego level, which in truth really doesn’t know itself. It knows its lack and limitation as opposed to its infinite-ness. The ego self goes into the fear that it can’t achieve everything it wants if events don’t align with the plan, which is usually perceived in a linear time line; one event neatly and swiftly lining up after another. We are being called to remain open to our ability to create simultaneously and to release our expectation of the way manifestation will unfold. It’s a completely different mindset to what we have traditionally been taught about creation. But the old ways are slower, limiting and stressful. They require more effort and challenge us when we are living in a time of total timeline flux, clearing and reintegration.

The way forward is to “pack light” energetically. Anything that keeps you too bogged down to be able to remain in your flexibility needs to be reassessed, whether it’s work, relationships or your physical location. We need to stay open to the possibilities that change brings, and not use our thoughts to continue programming and assessing what we project our outcomes to be based on previous expectation of what we thought was possible. As well as this, the more open we can remain the more we can hear our guidance, which gives us the best advice on our moment to moment course of action, this being based on what we’ve intended we’d like to occur if it’s in alignment with our higher self. A huuuuge part of this process is NOT JUDGING OURSELVES based on where we perceive ourselves to be in our current progression.

The grumpiness, the stress and fixation we see in the world is the attachment to the outcomes not playing out in a linear timeline of expectation. Road rage is such a clear example of this. The lack of patience caused by mistrust of not being able to manifest within the linear limitation of time and space, ie (“there’s only so many hours in the day”) and the added stress this places upon us to meet those expectations. It also connects to a cultural belief system based on fear of the lack of resources. Again all of this is linear and dual based thinking.

The new paradigm will be a complete revolution in our understanding of how to trust that our needs are being met, and that we can adapt easily to the quickening rate of change and evolution moment by moment through our openings, flexibility and centred reassurance that everything is in divine order.

Our resistance to this new way of manifesting also relates back to the lower chakras . Our need for control connects with feeling safe and trusting that we are grounded within surges of change (the root chakra), openness and flowing in our expression and the way that we create, allowing our worlds to overlap instead of burning up energy in the control of how our expression is received (the sacral chakra), feeling empowered within ourselves and knowing who we are regardless of what challenges are thrown our way (the solar plexus).

Interestingly enough, a lot of the kids coming up already get this stuff innately. They don’t have the prior conditioning in our linearity, so their understanding of creation and remaining open to different timelines is unfiltered. This also allows them greater access to source information. Hence the “indigos” or “crystal kids” will assimilate information and take action a lot faster than those who take more time to integrate these changes. This is not to discredit previous generations, as they have energetically been paving the way for this new generation to come in and create change, freed up from karmic limitations that have been passed down for generations.

What we are experiencing now is almost “do or die” in terms of being challenged to very quickly release that which no longer works and move forward. It is like rocket fuel. It’s initiating a totality of change. The release of lag-time or buffering between thought, intent, word and manifestation means that whatever doesn’t serve us and is lurking in the subconscious is manifest and felt / recognised now in way which can’t be avoided or ignored. There is no space or lag to avoid it. The instant manifestation of what we don’t want forces us to look at how we have been creating and what we need to rectify. The “survival” is learning how to ride these tidal waves of self initiated change as they arise. To breathe, integrate and keep going.
